This project showcases a complete master plan visualization workflow, developed for a mixed-use development in Addis Ababa. The design includes a luxury hotel, residential condominiums, retail mall, central plaza, and sports training arena.
A Data-Driven Design Approach
The process began with real-world map coordinates, ensuring that the entire development is accurately scaled and positioned within its urban context.
From Concept to Visualization
- Initial ideas were explored through hand sketching
- Refined into a 2D digital master plan in Photoshop
- Developed into a 3D massing model in Blender, aligned with real map data using BLOSM
Next-Generation Rendering Workflow
To achieve a high-end visual result efficiently, the 3D model was used as a base for AI-enhanced rendering using Runway ML, producing a polished, presentation-ready image.
