Mixed-Use Sports & Entertainment Master Plan

This project brings to life a big vision for a new urban hub that combines the buzz of hospitality, the convenience of retail, and the thrill of sports into one exciting destination.

Starting with actual site details and measurements, I built a comprehensive 3D model and animation of what this development would look like – a hotel, a shopping mall, a sports stadium & training centre all wrapped up into one place . Drawing on reference images, maps, and site info, I laid out the space and created some pretty high quality architectural drawings that really give you a sense of scale & scope of the project.

The final result gives you a real feel for what this development would look like in the urban landscape – and that’s super helpful for communicating the idea, the layout & how it all fits together, and basically the overall impact of the project.
